1. Who we are

This website, zivyaa.co.in, is run by Zivyaa HealthTech Solutions Private Limited ("Zivyaa", "we", "us"), CIN U58201UP2026PTC245355, Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh, India. For the personal data you give us on this website, we are the Data Fiduciary under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 ("DPDP Act").

This policy covers this website only. The Zivyaa software platform — the patient app and the logins used by clinics, hospitals, labs and pharmacies — has its own Platform Privacy Policy.

2. What we collect, and why

We collect only what you type into a form, and use it only for the purpose stated beside that form:

Request a Demo: name, work email, phone, organisation and role, to schedule a demo and follow up on it.
Contact Sales and the contact form: name, email, organisation, role and your message, to reply to your enquiry.
Early Access: name, email, phone, state/city, organisation and role, to contact you when early access opens for you.
Feedback Partner application: name, work email, organisation, role and the challenge you describe, to review your application and contact you about the programme.
Newsletter: your email address, to send you articles and product updates.
Analytics, only if you allow it: Google Analytics records pages visited, device and browser type, approximate location and an identifier stored in a cookie, so we can see how the site is used. It does not load unless you choose "Allow analytics". See our Cookie Policy.

We do not ask for health information on this website, and we ask you not to include any patient's details in a message. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for any purpose other than the one you agreed to.

3. Your consent, and how to withdraw it

Every form asks for your consent with a checkbox before anything is sent. You can withdraw consent at any time, as easily as you gave it: email privacy@zivyaa.co.in saying what you want withdrawn, or for analytics, open "Cookie Settings" in the footer and choose "Decline". Withdrawal stops future use; it does not make earlier use unlawful. Once consent is withdrawn we stop using the data and erase it, unless a law requires us to keep it.

4. How long we keep it

Enquiries, demo requests, early access and applications: for as long as we are in conversation with you, and for up to 12 months after the last contact, then erased.
Newsletter: until you withdraw consent.
Analytics: under the retention settings of Google Analytics, and never collected at all if you decline.

Where the DPDP Rules require a record of processing to be kept for a minimum period, we keep that record for that period even after the underlying data is erased.

5. Who else handles it

We use a small number of service providers to run this site: a form-delivery service that passes form submissions to our inbox, the content platform that stores newsletter subscriptions, our website hosting provider, and Google Analytics where you have allowed it. They process data only on our instructions. Some of them may store data on servers outside India, which the DPDP Act permits except to countries the Government of India restricts.

6. Your rights

Under the DPDP Act you can ask us to:

give you a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how we are using it;
correct, complete or update it;
erase it;
let a person you nominate exercise these rights if you die or become unable to;
resolve a grievance about how we have handled your data.

Email privacy@zivyaa.co.in from the address you used with us. We will reply within 30 days.

7. Children

This website is meant for healthcare organisations and professionals. It is not directed at anyone under 18, and we ask that no one under 18 submits a form. If we learn that we have received a child's data, we will erase it.

8. Security, and if something goes wrong

We take reasonable security safeguards to protect personal data. No system is perfectly secure; if a personal data breach affects you, we will tell you and the Data Protection Board of India as the DPDP Act requires.

The Zivyaa platform itself is being built DPDP-ready. Ready is not the same as certified, and nothing on this page is a claim of certification.

9. Complaints

Please contact us first, so we can put it right. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
