Is Zivyaa available to buy today?

Not yet. Every product is marked Coming Soon because that is the truth — the platform is still being built, and we are working with a small group of early feedback partners rather than selling. If it fits what you need, the useful thing right now is a conversation about what your setup actually has to survive.

Why is Zivyaa being built?

Accepted Answer

Healthcare already has software. What it usually lacks is connection between the pieces. Registration runs on one system, the pharmacy on another, the lab on a third, and the gaps between them are where the working day goes. Zivyaa is being built so those departments write into one record instead of four of their own.

Is this just another Hospital Management System?

Accepted Answer

An HMS is one part of it. A hospital does not exist alone — it sends prescriptions to pharmacies, tests to labs, patients to other hospitals. Zivyaa is being built around those joins rather than around a single building, which is why a pharmacy or a standalone lab can use it without a hospital involved at all.

Can I become an early feedback partner?

Yes. Doctors, hospitals, clinics, laboratories and pharmacies can shape the product before it ships. The conversations we want most are the awkward ones — what your current software does badly, and what would have to be true before you would move.

How do we start a conversation?

Accepted Answer

Request a demo or tell us about your setup. Early conversations genuinely change what gets built, and we will say plainly which parts are ready to be useful and which are not there yet.

If I run several branches, can one branch see another branch’s data?

No. An organisation sees itself and its own stores. A store sees only itself, not the other stores of the same organisation. This is enforced on the server rather than by hiding buttons on a screen, so a modified app or a direct API call gets the same answer: nothing.

I consult at more than one clinic. Who sees my patients?

Accepted Answer

At each facility you see only your own patients, and staff at that facility see only what their role allows. When your arrangement with a facility ends, so does your access to anything new from it.

What roles are available, and can I restrict what staff see?

Accepted Answer

Reception, doctor, pharmacist, lab staff, ward and nursing, and admin. Each role reaches only what the job needs — finance roles do not open clinical records, and clinical roles do not open the full accounts.

Can another hospital pull up our patient’s records?

Accepted Answer

Not on their own. A record created at your facility does not travel to another because a provider asked for it — the patient decides, and can limit what is shared. Every access that follows is logged against the consent it was given under.

Is there an audit trail?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Logins, record views, edits and money actions are logged, and audit records are append-only. They cannot be edited or deleted afterwards, by anyone, including us.

Is patient data encrypted?

Accepted Answer

Yes — in transit and at rest. Sign-in supports multi-factor authentication, and access rules are applied on the server, so they hold regardless of which app or device is asking.

How do we report a security problem?

Email security@zivyaa.co.in. If you are a researcher who has found a vulnerability, we would rather hear it from you than from a customer.

What happens when the internet goes down?

The platform is being designed so work continues rather than stopping at the front desk — the reality in most tier-2 and tier-3 facilities is that connectivity and power both fail regularly, and software that assumes otherwise is useless there. Work carries on, and syncs up once the connection is back.

Is this one system or several products stitched together?

Accepted Answer

One. OPD, pharmacy, laboratory, billing and inventory are built as a single system rather than separate products joined at the edges — which is where re-typing and mismatched records come from. You still only pay for the parts you run.

Does it work on mobile, or only on a computer?

Accepted Answer

Both. Desktop for admin and back-office work. Mobile where the work is physical — registration, the pharmacy counter, sample collection.

Which parts of the platform can we start with?

Any of them, on their own. A pharmacy does not need what a hospital needs and should not pay for it. Each part stands alone and works better beside the others, so most places begin with one and add the next when it earns its place.

Where is our data stored?

In India. Live data and backups both. It is encrypted in transit and at rest.

Do you take backups, and have you ever restored one?

Accepted Answer

Yes to both. Backups run daily and restores are tested. That second half matters more than the first: a backup nobody has ever restored is a hope, not a backup.

Can we get our own data out?

Yes. Your records are yours and you can export them. The specifics — formats, and what a wind-down looks like — are worth going through for your setup rather than reading off a page.

Are you NABH, NABL or ABDM certified?

Accepted Answer

No, and we will not claim otherwise. Records, audit trails and data structures are built to the shape those frameworks expect, so accreditation work becomes documentation rather than rebuilding. Ready is not the same as certified. Any vendor who blurs that line is worth a second question — ask them for the certificate number.

What about HIPAA, ISO 27001 and SOC 2?

Future. None of the three is held today. HIPAA is United States law and does not govern an Indian hospital in any case; the Indian obligation that does apply is the DPDP Act, and the platform is designed around it.

Question 22

Will Zivyaa connect to ABDM?

Accepted Answer

That is the intent, and the data structures are built for it. ABDM is the national framework for consent-based exchange between providers — it is not a product and not a replacement for your records system. Worth knowing when comparing vendors: having an ABHA field is not the same claim as being ABDM-integrated.

What does it cost?

Plans start from ₹349 per month, and the price depends on which part of the platform you need — a pharmacy and a hospital are not the same thing. Each product page carries its own starting price. The patient app is free, and a doctor workspace comes with a clinic plan.

Is the patient app really free?

Accepted Answer

Yes, and it stays free. Patients are not the ones who should be paying for their own records to exist in one place.
